What each service covers

Commissioning

Independent verification that HVAC, controls, plumbing, and lighting control systems are designed, installed, and operating to your requirements. New construction, LEED, retro-commissioning, and commissioning of federal energy measures.

You'll want this when:

Your specification or LEED target requires a commissioning authority
A new building is approaching turnover and nothing has been tested yet
An existing building has comfort complaints or alarms no one can explain
A UESC or ESPC energy measure needs commissioning to federal specifications

Energy audits

ASHRAE Level 1, 2, and 3 energy audits that turn utility data and field findings into a ranked list of measures, each with cost, savings, and payback.
